I really liked the five whys we need to ask ourself when a problem occurs, because only then will we get to root cause of the problem. And batch size of one, with example of two ways of putting 1000 papers inside of envelopes and with a stamp. The fastest one for me was not the first one that came to my mind, ouch. Fold and fill envelope is faster to do 1000 times, then fold 1000 times the papers and put them in 1000 envelopes.
